Commercial Acquisition Criteria

Asset Rewind, LLC is targeting value-add investments with a focus on transitional and distressed opportunities exhibiting operational risk, as well as recapitalizations. We seek properties that require lease-up, management of near-term lease expirations, and additional capital investment to improve the asset profile and achieve stabilization. Value-add opportunities also include properties with good highest and best use conversion potential. Asset quality must provide an opportunity to be a core asset upon stabilization.
